Here is a very fun recipe. Take a HUGE zuchinni – the biggest you can find.

Cut it in half, lengthwise and remove seeds.

Stuff the cavity with any meat you like…or mix a few kinds of meat. Add any pizza toppings you like — olives, mushrooms, onions, pepperoni, tomato slices. Sprinkle with italian seasoning.

Pour a can of diced tomatoes over that.

More seasoning (to taste). Pour a can or jar of pasta sauce over that…cover with aluminum foil – bake at 425 for ONE hour. Remove from oven, cover with cheese…melt the cheese until brown, like pizza.

THIS IS SO PRETTY!!! Remove it from the skin and serve. YUMMY!
