My Brownie recipe:
1 cup of butter
4 squares of chocolate and I use 2 unsweetened and 2 milk chocolate
2 cups of white sugar
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
4 eggs
1 teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 cups of mint chocolate chips or chopped up mint chocolate candies
1/2 cup of Nestle’s Holiday chocolate chips,if you can find them

Pre-heat oven to 350 degree.

Melt butter and chocolate together (you use the microwave or on top of the stove on low heat. Stir until smooth. Stir in sugar, vanilla and eggs. Mix in salt and flour. Add mint chocolate. Pour into baking pan . Sprinkle with Holiday chips and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until wooden tooth pick comes off mostly clean but not dry. cool in the pan. Cut into pieces that you desire. You should give about 24 to 30 thick pieces.
