WATERGLASSING EGGS 

how to preserve your fresh farm eggs without refrigeration.

Get a large glass jar, have your farm fresh eggs, unwashed, unrefrigerated,  but cleaned off (as in no dirt or mud or chicken poop) carefully place the eggs in your large jar, stack till full

mix one quart of water to 1 ounce of picketing lime, stir and pour over top of your eggs

do this until the eggs are covered.

Put lid on tight and put in dark place with date on them

you can keep them
