Canned Venison (recipe for canned venison is on this site)

2 cans beef broth

1 Can evaporated milk


1 stick butter

2-3-tbl cornstarch

Mix cornstarch with little bit of water well in a cup before pouring in pan Pour slowly can add more if needed (to thicken)

Boil (don’t let it run over) then turn down heat as thickens.

add some of the juice from your canned deer meat to the gravy and stir. Then add some of the venison meat.
