BEST BREAD RECIPE EVER … if you have any questions let me know..

Get you a great big mixing bowl (cafeteria size) in it put

2 1/2 cups of good all purpose flour

about 1/2 cup of sugar

2 Tsp salt

2 pkg’s of Rapid rise yeast like fleiscmann’s,

in a SEPARATE bowl

take 1 egg

1 stick of butter

2 cups of Hot Water

try to mix up best you can with a fork the hot water will melt the butter as you work at it with the fork
…..then take 3/4 of the liquid and start slowly adding to the flour mixture…. use a wooden spoon till gets to a loose ball….. add the rest now

at this point take about 2 cups of flour and start to knead into the ball you may have to add a little more until it is not so sticky (it’s according to the humidity and temp) ….. make it smooth and put in a warm spot with a towel over top for 1 hour it will double in size…

u make your own icing it is soooo easy you just use confectionary sugar and add a bit of water…. to make the cinn rolls make the bread  recipe let it raise 1 hour (just like the pep rolls) then dust your board with thin coat of flour well… and get a rolling pin and roll it out

then take butter and spread all over the dough and take brown sugar sprinkle heavily over dough then mist dough with sugar, and cinnamon, can sprinkle chopped nuts if desire, and can experiment with other spices on occasion I have used nutmeg or allspice LOL just whatever I am feeling that day LOL… now roll it up gently use spurts of flour when sticking to board get somethig flat and wid to help you roll it then once rolled slice the roll…..

you need to butter your pan well and dust top of rolls with sugar and brown sugar then put them sugar side down in the pan cover and let them rise a HOUR then bake in preheated oven at 400 for 15-20 min depending on your oven….

take the confect sugar and mix with tiny bits of water until right consistency and spread or pour over hot rolls mmmmmm good
