My 1st post for this group, and I wish I would have gotten a picture but didnt. Its a tradition in our house to make a turkey pot pie after Thanksgivng.

Turkey Pot Pie

1 box ready to bake pie crust (2) in a box.
2 cans cream of chicken soup
leftover green beans, corn, potatoes, whatever veg. you like, or use frozen
leftover turkey broken into small pieces
Put 1 pie crust on bottom of round or square pie pan
Add soup mixed with vegetables and turkey
Cover with 2nd pie crust over the top. Poke vent holes with a fork
Bake at 425 for 30-40 min. until crust is browned.

So delicious and uses up your leftovers!
