I use them with hillshire polish sausage or kielbasa I cut the peppers up and some onions put a little oil in a skillet get it hot then put the peppers in first and onions then cut up the sausage, then I add about a cup to 1 1/2 cups of hasbrowns and cook until everything is tender and right before its finished I add about 2 cups of cheddar cheese and let that melt on it. My husband loves it and he eats the whole thing himself
