Sloppy Joe Style Shepherds Pie
Today’s supper was sooo good and of course cheap for us as I didn’t plan it, I just used leftovers and whatever I had on hand
I had some leftover Sloppy Joe (Delmonte Brand) so I decided to use it to make a Sloppy Joe Shepherds Pie
Just make some mashed potatoes, put over top of Sloppy Joe Meat, spread evenly and sprinkle some shredded cheese any kind ..
I had mozzarella cheese on hand so I used that but cheddar would be good too…
then I took one can of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls and pressed them together over a lightly floured board then simply put my lid over and cut around it so I’d have the perfect size topper to go on my Shepherds Pie
Cut slits randomly on top for venting and place in 350 degree oven uncovered for 25 minutes
Let cool some before cutting
It’s absolutely delicious
