My nephew posted these big juicy shrimps today with a recipe he had got from somewhere. It consisted of 1 stick of melted butter, 1 packet of Italian seasoning, a lemon that was sliced and laid in the butter juice and the shrimp grilled for 15 minutes. Someone tried today and said it was Awesome.
Now here is my Healthier version. I sprayed the pan with some Olive oil, seasoned the shrimp with Ole Bay Seasoning (all I had at the time), garlic and pepper seasoning. I used half the lemon and squeezed all over the shrimp, and sliced the other half up with the shrimp. I also added fresh pineapples to the juice. I poured only 2 tbsp. of butter over the shrimp and grilled for 15 mins. I should have only grilled for 10-12. ANYWAYS MY WAS DELICIOUS and HEALTHIER.
