Shrimp Milano (like they use to serve at Red Lobster)

1 box flat noodles (Linguini or Fettucini)
1 box frozen, chopped broccoli
Salad size cooked shrimp, frozen
4 x 4 square Velveeta cheese (approx. 4-6 oz.)
¼ C fresh grated Parmesan cheese (in the deli dept.)
Dash of milk.

Cook pasta and drain.
Cook frozen broccoli and drain.
Add Velvetta cheese to drained pasta and broccoli while they’re hot to melt cheese.
Thaw frozen shrimp under cold water.
Add thawed shrimp and Parmesan cheese.
Stir all together and add enough milk to get the consistency you want. It should be relatively thick.
