Take 1  medium  to large  whole roast of venison
put into crock pot on Low before bed.. add some water (sorry I don’t measure it about 2 quarts, may need to add a little more later)  add a small onion chopped, salt and pepper well, 2 garlic cloves minced,  some frozen baby carrots, add 3 beef bullion cubes and two tbsp A1 Steak Sauce, and 1 lb bag of Northern White Navy Beans leave it alone till morning.

Morning.. your meat should be tender and ready to fall apart.. your beans done, now add 1/4 cup stick butter and let it thicken turn on warm and take of lid till serving time.. make cornbread and mac and cheese ..

serve with hot cornbread and macaroni and cheese…
