SERENA’S SUPER EASY MOIST CORN MUFFINS

1 can cream style corn

2 cups self rising flour

1/3 cup sugar

1 cup half and half milk

1/4 cup Veg oil

1 egg

spray muffin pan with BAKERS JOY

then using ice cream scoop, fill tins

bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for about 15 min or until done.. according to your oven really… mine is super hot.. if muffins are done they will spring when you pat them… and also if tops are not quite as brown as you would like but muffins are done.. switch oven to broiler mode and brown tops but be careful cause they brown quick….
