EASY BBQ POCKETS USING LEFTOVER BBQ

Open  your Store Bought Crescent Rolls.. you may need two packages.. it’s according to how many pockets you want to make and how much leftover bbq you have

on a cookie sheet you take two triangles of the dough and fit them together to make a rectangle..

pressing edges together so no seam is detected.

take your leftover bbq out of the freezer or fridge and (when thawed) put on the center of your rectangle..

not too much, about a small tablespoon full

fold on end over so both square edges meet

Using  damp fork, go around the edges to seal in the bbq

Now make a egg wash with egg and milk mix with fork

using a brush, brush your pockets

Bake at 350 till browned and done.. don’t take very long

Serve and Enjoy.. the kids love them..
