YES I know most people already know how to make scrambled eggs.. but I am posting this anyways cause u just NEVER know who may need this.. =) Maybe a college student or a new bride who has NEVER cooked before in her life.. so bear with me.. please cause NO recipe should ever be too simple or too hard to share…. Serena~

 

First take a mixing bowl and crack your eggs into the bowl leaving NO shells in the mixture. It is according to HOW MUCH eggs you want and how many your feeding in how many eggs you use. I was feeding 5  and wanted leftovers so I used 6-7 eggs.

You then shake salt, pepper , and a light shake of parsley flakes over egg s and beat till mixed well. Add a touch of milk.

Have you a skillet on the stove and spray with Pam. get hot and pour mixture into pan.

take heat resistant spatula  and start working the center gently ever so often and sides as the egg starts to cook

soon all eggs will cook up be gentle and don’t OVER cook or will be dry, but don’t undercook or will be runny.. must be just right.. light and fluffy and packed with flavor and moisture..
