I don’t have a picture but these are easy to make and delicious.
Quiche Muffins 

4 eggs
1 cup milk
2/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 cups Bisquick
2-1/4 cups diced ham
2 cups grated zucchini
3/4 cup green onions, chopped*
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 cup Swiss cheese, grated
3/4 cup Provolone cheese, grated
*can use regular onions, if desired

Preheat oven to 350. Grease muffin cups (I use the paper ones and spray with Pam). In large bowl combine eggs, milk, butter, and bisquick. Blend until all ingredients are moistened and evenly distributed. Stir in zucchini, green onions, ham, and cheese until coated with batter.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until firm to touch. Allow to set and cool. Batter can be made ahead and stored in fridge overnight. Freezes well.
