I don’t have a plum jelly recipe but I have a plum jam one…

Plum Jam:

41/2 cups pitted chopped plums
1/2 cup water
71/2 cups white sugar
1/2 tsp butter(optional)
1 (1.75oz.) powdered pectin

This should make 8 half pint jars

Place plums and water into lg. pot and bring to boil. Reduce heat to med. cover and simmer 5 minutes. Add sugar and butter to reduce foaming. Bring to full rolling boil over high heat then mix in pectin quickly.Stir and bring to boil again. Remove from heat skim off any foam from top and pack into jars. Water bath these for about 15 minutes tighten jar lids…Should be ready
