PAUL’S VENISON SAUSAGE MIX

2 lbs deer burger coarse ground
1 pound cheap Pork Sausage
Mix add 3 tsp or 1 large Tbsp of Sausage Seasoning
From Butcher Block
Add good quality home grown Sage to taste

Mix thoroughly and patty freeze -Can – or fry and eat
