Penne Pasta

Broccoli Flowers cut

extra virgin olive oil

fresh cloves of garlic minced

2 chopped anchovies


Boil pot of water and add salt

add in your broccoli flowers and soft stems , let cook 6 or 7 minutes then drain.

put into frying pan over medium fire , heat oil, once oil is heated add your minced garlic , and chopped anchovies  cook down into a sauce

boil your pasta in some salted water  until aldente then drain and toss in your broccoli sauce
