MEXICAN CORN BREAD

sift into a bowl

1 cup flour

1 1/2 cups  yellow corn meal

1 tsp soda

1 tsp salt

combine

2 eggs slightly beatten

1 1/2 cups buttermilk

3 tbsp oil

1 tbsp minced onion

add to meal and mix well
Add 1 j (2 oz) chopped pementoes drained

2 tbsp minced green peppers.

mix lightly and put in greased 13x9x2 baking pan

bake 25-30 minutes at 425 degrees.
