I have a cake recipe I use for Malloree its a fudge cake and we really like it…..

 

its 2 cups of self-rising flour but you can use the gluten free, 2 cups of sugar, 5T of cocoa, 3/4 cup of oil, 2 eggs (Mallorees allergic to eggs so I use a egg substitute) 1 cup milk (rice) 2 tsp vanilla 3/4 cup hot water …….COMBINE flour, sugar, coco then, add oil, eggs, milk and vanilla and mix for 1 minute, last add hot water, mixture will not be thick, pour in cake pan and bake at 350 for 35 minutes enjoy!!
