Homemade Family Lasagna

2 lb Ground Chuck

2 1/2 cans of water (use can from tomato paste fill up twice, and tomato Sauce can you  fill up half way)

1 can tomato sauce (Hunts brand)

1 can of tomato paste

Grated Parmesan cheese

1 or 2 12oz bags mozzarella cheese

8 oz. Box lasagna Noodles

1 large onion

8 oz cream cheese (traditional dish includes ricotta but we prefer cream cheese in it’s place, very very tasty, rich and creamy)

Note: ALSO  like today, I am using BOTH ricotta and cream cheese together … you can do it however you like just cream cheese by itself or just ricotta or both together (delicious)

around 5 cloves of garlic

basil

1 tbsp parsley flakes

Salt n pepper

sometimes I add a PINCH of crushed red pepper flakes.. if you don’t understand what a pinch is then leave it out

Boil noodles with a little bit of salt and a drop of veg oil

In a large & deep frying pan brown hamburger with onion and garlic and parsley add salt n pepper add tomato sauce & paste with 2 cans water stir well then add in grated parmesan cheese and salt n pepper to taste bring to a boil reduce heat and let simmer for 30-40 min

Drain noodles take long glass dish or pan and line with a layer of noodles

then some crumbled cream cheese and or Ricotta
