great to make for sick little kids…

Get a muffin pan ready by spraying very lightly with bakers joy in each cup

Open one can of very cherry fruit – or any of your choice

spoon some fruit into each cup-  (try not to put too much juice- a little is fine but remember you will be needing that space for your jell-o)

Next you will mix up your Jell-O flavoring of your choice..  mine was yummy

I used one large  (6 oz)  Cherry Jell-O

and one large (6 oz) Strawberry Jell-O

Add 2 1/2 cups boiling water

stir until completely dissolved- about 2-3 minutes.

next carefully add your hot jell-0 mixture to each cup of fruit

put into fridge to firm up at least 3 hours (note you can speed it up a little by sticking in freezer but don’t leave too long, then back to the fridge)

Now when firm you just get a cookie sheet with a lip- add warm water

set your cold muffin pan down into the water

take a icing spatula and carefully go around the muffin cup then lift up

place on waiting plate or individual cups

they go fast

=) kids love them.. PS- so do I

BUT if you do have a lot left over.. just stick them into a plastic container with lid. they will be fine
