Hashbrown Casserole (very good)

2 lbs. frozen hash browns
½ cup margarine, melted
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
2 cans cream of chicken soup
16 oz. (1 pt.) sour cream
½ cup onion, finely chopped
10 oz. or 2 pkg. cheddar cheese

2 cups crushed corn flakes or Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick margarine

Thaw hash browns and combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Put in large casserole.
Sprinkle topping on.
Bake 1 to 1 ½ hours at 350 degrees.

Topping:
2 cups crushed corn flakes or 2 cups Ritz Crackers, crushed
½ cup margarine, melted
