GRAHAM PEANUT BUTTER CRUNCHIES

1 cup of butter flavored crisco (or 3/4 cup crisco + butter to make one cup)

1 cup peanut butter Jiff is best. (extra crunchy is good or creamy)

1 cup firmly packed brown sugar

1 cup granulated sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

2 cups all purpose flour

2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/3 cup milk or half and half

Preheat oven 350

Combine crisco, peanut butter, brown sugar and sugar in bowl . Beat at medium speed till well blended.

Beat in eggs and vanilla

Combine flour, b soda, salt  and mix into creamed mixture at low speed till just blended.

Stir in crumbs and milk

Form dough into 1 inch balls, Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.

bake 8-10 minutes or till edges are lightly browned.

Remove and cool on rack or in pan
