my grandmas cabbage rolls
1 head of cabbage, cored, frozen and thawed.
After coring soak in a sink of water and put in freezer over night, then thaw.
2 lb of beef and pork
1 large onion diced well,
r med green peppers diced well,
1 jalepeno minced well,
1 tsp ground mustard,
1 tsp rosemary,
1 tsp of cloves,
2 cloves of garlic minced,
1 can of drained shredded sauerkraut,
1 cup of rice.
Put all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Roll 2 tablespoons of mixture into a leaf and roll. Can vary, more or less on size of leaves. Place into tomato blend of choice and bake in oven on 325 for 2 hours. The recipe is a little different, but tastes really good!
