Gooood Goulash 

2 lbs ground beef, 2 t Soy sauce
1 onion & 1 t garlic, chopped
3 c water, 2 cans tomato sauce
1 can rotel, 2 T. Italian seasoning
1 t salt, pepper & garlic powder
2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked

In a Dutch oven, saute ground beef, drain, add onions & garlic; saute till tender, Add all remaining ingredients; except macaroni, stir well, bring to a boil, reduce to medium, Cover w/lid, cook 20 minutes. Add macaroni, stir occasionally, simmer additional 20 minutes.
