RECIPE AND PHOTO SUBMITTED BY Ginger Duncan

These are made just like the wonderful cookies Mama used to make, but with a couple of different ingredients.

2 cups sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 cup milk
4 tbs cocoa powder
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
3 cups coconut

Bring sugar, butter, milk, and cocoa to boil. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add peanut butter. Stir until smooth. Add coconut and mix well. Drop by spoonful onto wax paper and allow to harden. Enjoy!
These cookies are VERY rich, so you can use unsweetened coconut if you like. They also turn out a touch gooier than the regular kind.

I was wanting the regular no-bake cookies one day, but all I had was cinnamon bun oatmeal. I used it, and they turned out good. They were rich also.
