I was just looking thru my old recipe box & found a recipe for egg fritters that my Mother used to make..
Have any of you tried these ???
Egg Fritters
2 eggs
1 or 2 cups of milk
flour enough to make stiff like cake dough .
Mix good.
spoon batter over a small piece of cooked bacon if desired
then fry in hot oil on both sides ..
serve with margarine & syrup.
They are good. I think I will make them tomorrow ..
