1 pkg smoked sausage

2 Tbsp minced onion

1 large pkg (2 cups) cheddar cheese

2 reg cans cream of mushroom

1 bag of frozen Potatoes


2 cans cream style corn

1 can regular corn drained

12 -3 cans regular size, chicken and wild rice soup


sauté 2 Tbsp of minced onion in pan with sliced sausage till browned

in crock pot dump in bag of frozen potatoes

dump in 2 cans cream of mushroom soup and bag of cheese

add pepper and sausage and onion and let it cook on low once cheese is melted add in the cans of corn and the cans of soup plus a couple cans of water and stir pit back lid on and let cook on low till potatoes are soft and the chowder is thick and creamy.. may need more pepper

serve with some egg rolls or a nice crusty sandwich
