Crock pot Blueberry Cobbler
1 ¼ cup flour (white, whole-wheat, or mixture of both)
½ cup sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
¾ cup milk
1/3 cup melted butter
3 cups of blueberries
½ cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Mix together flour, ½ cup sugar, salt, & baking powder in a bowl. Stir in milk & melted butter to make a smooth batter. (I poured in my vanilla here RIGHT before I put it in the crockpot)
Grease crockpot thoroughly with butter or shortening. Pour batter into greased crockpot and spread around evenly to coat the bottom of the crockpot.
Sprinkle the blueberries over the batter. Sprinkle the remaining 1/3 cup sugar & drizzle with vanilla (I was afraid it wouldn’t be even so I put mine in with the batter)
Bake in crockpot on high for 2-3 hours until done

(I used kroger brand whole wheat flour)

serve it up with my homemade ice cream.. recipe posted
