Creamy Italian Orzo***** 

Boil Orzo Pasta in salt water.

Chopped Garlic cloves and Shallots sautÈ together with Extra Virgin Olive Oil add salt and 1/4 c heavy cream add 1/2 bag frozen peas 1 can strained tomatoes, pepper. Fold orzo into cream sauce. And parmesan cheese heavily.
