Country Dipped Fried Steak

I make this the same way I normally make chicken fried steak, only in this recipe before I fry it I dip it in Worcestershire Sauce

I also use a little more oil in this recipe than the regular
In the regular I fry in butter and oil

This one just oil

You need a 10” cast iron skillet
Vegetable Oil, one joint deep

Self riding flour in a mixing bowl with a dash of salt, a good amount of black pepper, & garlic powder mix up

In a small bowl you need just Worcestershire Sauce

Make sure your chopped steak is good and tender, don’t trust the grocery store. You need to tenderize it again.

Have oil hot
Dip steak in your Worcestershire Sauce first

Then dredge in seasoned flour

Shake off excess flour before gently laying in hot oil
Gradually turn down heat as not to burn your meat

Turn over and cook other side

Note:
do not over crowd your pan or it will sweat and you will lose your yummy coating

Continue same process until all meat is fried up
