CHICKEN BALL

1 (12oz)can chicken breast drained  (or a pint if home canned)

1 (8oz) softened cream cheese

2 tbsp minced onion

1 tsp lemon juice

mix well, place in center of plastic wrap and twist into a ball. Chill for an hour or so, Roll in chopped pecans or parsley and serve with crackers of your choice , can be made in advance.
