Cheesecake Topped Brownies
1(21.5 ounce) box of brownie mix
1 (8 ounce) cream cheese
2 Tablespoons margarine softened
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 can eagle brand milk
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 ready to spread chocolate frosting

Preheat oven to 350 Prepare Brownie mix as package directs. spread into well greased 13×9 pan. in small mixing bowl beat cheese, margarine and cornstarch until fluffy gradually beat in milk , egg and vanilla until smooth. pour evenly over brownie batter bake 45 minutes or until top is lightly browned cool spread with frosting cut into squares store covered in refrigerator
