CATHY’S JALAPENO BURGERS OR MINI JALAPENO MEATLOAFS

I made one a while back. I had some Jalapeno burgers, uncooked. I don’t like things to hot. I used 4 of the burgers, an added 1 lb. of ground beef, 2 eggs, 1 sleeve of crackers. Added half a large can of cream of mushroom soup ( could have been less). Made them into burger size portions so they would cook faster. Baked in oven on 350 for about 45 minutes, pulled out, topped with the rest of the mushroom soup, back in for 15 minutes, then topped them with shredded cheddar cheese when served. We all liked them.
