Campfire Potatoes

Olive Oil

3 Med Potatoes

Salt & Pepper or can use Garlic Powder, Steak Seasoning Or Your Choice of Seasoning

Tin foil squares

Wash the potatoes, using a fork poke holes in the potato skin. Take a square of foil and cup a potato in it in the palm of your hand. Pour a bit of olive oil on the potato, shake some seasonings on it and roll it around in the foil to coat evenly with spices and oil. Wrap in foil and toss down close to the coals. Let the potatoes cook until a knife slides easily into them. Move them far enough away from the coals to keep them warm.

Can also do corn on cob this way too, use salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, and parsley flakes for seasoning
