BUTTER -FRIED POTATOES

so this recipe is really simple..

you boil potatoes till fork tender but not mushy and falling apart..

drain and fry in butter..

take cast iron pan add egg size or larger of butter heat pan

Today I am using my CANNED potatoes.. (recipe is on this site  http://cookingwithserena.com/?p=8818)  I drain them and add my potatoes to the cast iron pan

fry on each side.. salt and pepper and butter is all that is needed

.. delicious.. serve immediately for best results
