Second day,,,

today peaches, blueberries, half a banana strawberries , spinach, kale, water, pineapple juice

No wrong way to do it.. so don’t worry about measurements.. I had some frozen unsweetened peaches and strawberries I threw in with my mixed greens Baby Spinach and Kale, then a half a frozen banana left over from last nights smoothie, and  a scatter of frozen blueberries.. put a little water in there and you have already  basically got your bullet filled to capacity.. (the only thing that bugs me cause I like mine thiner) then pulse and shake up a few times till the smoothie is nice and smooth.. chunk free.. then I take it and pour it into my Ninja Blender and added in some pineapple juice to thin it out to my liking.. blend and pour .. very simple..
