BLUEBERRY MUFFINS

Lemon Cake Mix (or yellow if you don’t want the lemon flavor)

1 lg egg

1/3 oil

1 c sour cream

1-2 c fresh blueberries

Sugar crystals

I mix aporx 2 Tbs mix in separate bowl with blueberries

Mix all other ingredients together in lg bowl. Gently fold in desired amount of blueberries.

Fill cupcake cups with a level ice cream scoop. Sprinkle with sugar crystals and bake at 350 between 22 & 25 minutes
