Today’s football menu included my
Spicy Italian Soup (you can adjust the “spice” by adding more/less cayenne) and Betty White’s Wings (one of my faves). 

 

Wooohoooo KC Chiefs – what a year! 8-0

BETTY WHITE’S WINGS

3 lb chicken wings

1/2 cup margarine or butter

1 cup soy sauce

1 cup brown sugar

3/4 cup water

1/2 tsp dry mustard

3/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)

Arrange wings in shallow baking pan, heat butter soy sauce sugar water mustard and garlic powder if using, until the butter and sugar melts. Cool.Pour over your wings and marinate at least 2 hours, turning once or twice. Bake in same pan a t 375 degrees for 1 to 1-1/4  hours, turning occasionally. Drain and serve.
