This recipe belonged to my step-dad’s mother, Betty Beck. Absolutely amazing.

Betty Beck’s Sausage Spaghetti Primavera

1/2 lb. pkg pasta, uncooked
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 to 1 1/2 lb. kielbasa (cut ino strips)
1 medium green pepper (cut into strips)
1 medium re pepper (cut into strips)
1/2 onion (cut into strips)
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. marjoram leaves
1 dash red pepper flakes
1/2 c. parmesan cheese

Prepare pasta & drain. In a large skillet, heat oil. Add sausage and all remaining ingredients except cheese. Cook & stir over medium heat until veggies are tender crisp. Toss together pasta, sausage mixture & chesse. Serve. Delicious!!!
