Gayle Williamson tip you can freeze bananas that are getting to ripe—just lay in freezer in the peeling and will NOT freezer burn till ready to use –peeling turns black but peel and fruit is great for muffins or cakes or pudding…no waste and does not take much room in freezer…keep at least 10 -12 in freezer all the time for quick banana bread…
