    Baked Chicken & Rice  (or pork)
    From the kitchen of: Denise Kellum 

    Ingredients:

    Spray 9’ x 13” casserole dish with Pam
    1 cup Rice

    1 can French Onion soup
    1 can Chicken broth
    Salt & pepper
    1 stick Margarine, melted
    4 Chicken breasts (boneless) or pork chops

    Directions:
    1. Put rice in 9” x 13’ casserole dish (sprayed with Pam).
    2. Pour in soups. Add salt & pepper.
    3. Melt 1 stick margarine and put on top of mixture.
    4. Put chicken on top.
    5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

    This is good with chicken or pork

    Cherie Antin Fasbinder That sounds good Denise! My mom used to make something similar… put minute rice in bottom of pan, mix 1 can cream of mushroom with 1 can water and pour over rice, season pork chops with salt & pepper and place on the top, then bake
