drain home canned green beans and canned potatoes and arrange on sides of salmon.

add 1 – 2 Tbsps White Wine over fish

add 3-4 Tbsp Chicken broth over fish

a splash of lemon juice over fish

add Kinder Seasoning (Butter flavored)

chop a handful of baby spinach roughly and sprinkle over whole entree

now peel  3-4 fresh garlic cloves and mince

add minced garlic to whole stick of melted butter

pour butter and garlic along the entire fillet of Salmon

add a little salt to veggies

Cover tightly with aluminum foil

and bake for 20 minutes then take off foil

and add brown sugar to the top of your Salmon fillet return to oven

turn oven onto broil

let fish go under broiler – keep watch also is good idea to put a meat thermometer in the thick part of middle of fish.

Fish is done at 145 degrees but I like mine personally at 151. Once your temperature is reached and your brown sugar is caramelized.
