For Tasty fried Chicken Livers, soak them in buttermilk with salt and pepper for a couple of hours and coat them with 3 parts flour 1 part cornmeal and any powered spices you like. The grease should be right around 375°. **COOKING NOTE** fry them until they are light to medium brown, cooking them until they are dark brown will make them tough and chewy. Hope you enjoy!
