Best way to loose weight and still eat the foods we like —is eat less portions and DRINK 8oz. of water immediately b4 sitiing down to eat…and eat NOTHING after 6 in the evening…am a retired chef and weigh the mowt I ever weighed nnow and am at 137 and that is due to all the meds. I have to take…. Remember Nothing after 6 and smaller protions…—besides if we are happy who cares if we have a few extra lbs. they are ours!!!! We own them and no-one can take them from us!!!
