Banana with natural peanut butter on it, cut up apples dipped in lowfat vanilla yogurt,
fruit salad made from a mix of in season fresh fruit and canned. I usually use watermelon, apples, canned pineapple in real fruit juice, mandarin oranges, grapesand bananas…and it keeps for a few days…
for a protien snack, hard boiled eggs are good or lowfat cheese sticks…those are good because the protien will help hold off hunger for a while.
Just a few ideas…hope this is helpful!
