MY CREAMY WHITE CHICKEN CHILI

Start out with

1 lb Great Northern Beans

1lb Navy Beans

Look them real well.. rinse through a strainer..

you NEVER want to put them straight into a pot without looking them.. see here what I found.. DIRT.. you can find dirt rocks rotten beans… ect….

add 2-3 cans chicken broth

4 1/2 cups water with one chicken bullion cube

1 stick butter

put lid on and put crock on high. let it cook away until beans are tender (you may have to add more water if water evaporates just check it)

you can have your chicken already cooked but I had put my beans on last night and this morning (around 4 am) I had got up and put my whole frozen boneless chicken breasts then put lid on crock and they will cook..

add 1/4 tsp ground cumin

1/2 tsp white pepper

1/2 tsp black pepper

add 1 can drained corn..(white or yellow is fine)

add one can of condensed cream of celery soup

Take 1 tbsp butter  and 1 tbsp oil and put in saucepan over stove

add 2-3 minced garlic cloves

and 1 diced onion

sautee and then add to the chili

Take your chicken breasts out of crock pot and put onto cutting board.. dice up

and sprinkle with red pepper, salt, and oregano

put back into crock pot

(only thing is I wish I had put more chicken in last night cause I didn’t think it was enough and so today I boiled some more and added that to the pot.) …..  =) I like a LOT of meat so everyone gets some in their bowl

Serve in bowl with tortilla chips, and shredded cheddar cheese.. can add sour cream and salsa if desire.. VERY thick creamy and good!!!!!
