2/3 cup sugar (or a tad more)

1/4 cup all purpose flour

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

1/2 tsp grated lemon peel (optional)

2 tsp lemon juice

1/8 tsp salt

6 cups blueberries

1 tbsp butter

Pastry dough

Prepare Top crust and make X in center folding back 4 triangles so to show fruit filling

Preheat oven to 425

Make Filling.. toss together sugar flour cinnamon nutmeg lemon salt and blueberries. Place filling in 9 1/2 by 1 1/2 deep pie plate Dot with butter sprinkle lightly with granulated sugar and top with your cobbler crust.  Make a mixture of milk with some granulated sugar and brush onto top crust. Bake for 50 minutes or until golden brown.
