Cut heavy aluminum foil in the same size circles

place a circle of the pastry on each

shape it into a triangular shell. Pressing foil against the shape to form a triangular mold

bake the shells in hot oven for 425 degrees till done

Cool and remove the foil molds

Fill each shell with cherries (or apples)  which have been heated sweetened to taste and slightly thickened with a tad of water mixed with cornstarch and added to the fruit then cooled.

Whip cream cheese with small amount of milk till light and fluffy and place a rosette of it forced through pastry tube on each tricorn.
